Norvelio provides digital services and software only. We do not sell or ship physical goods. Nothing will be delivered by courier or post, and no shipping charges apply.
Typical timelines are shown next to each service on our Pricing section and confirmed in your written quotation. Timelines are counted in working days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays) and start from the date we receive the advance payment and all required inputs from you (content, images, logins, approvals).
Delays caused by late inputs, pending approvals, or scope changes from the customer's side extend the timeline accordingly and are not treated as delays by Norvelio.
We share every deliverable for your review. A deliverable is considered delivered when it is published live or the final files are shared with you. Revisions included in your quotation are completed after delivery within the agreed revision window.
